Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is a specialized form of therapy where the provider uses their hands to manipulate muscles and fascia to alleviate pain, release tight muscles, and break up scar tissue. Some different methods of manual therapy include myofascial release, massage, trigger point release, craniosacral therapy, and muscle energy stretching. Manual therapy also includes treatment such as cupping, dry needling, and taping.
